NMP-1000 Network Multimedia PlayerThe NMP-1000 network multimedia player is the home networked appliance for playing the videos, photos, and music on the internal hard drive or external storage devices, or network playback of the digital contents from the PCs or NAS on your home network. The player can be seamlessly integrated with TV and stereo system for playing your digital collections in the living room or anywhere at home.
The NMP-1000 supports high-definition (1920 x 1280, 1080p) contents and almost all popular formats of media files such as MKV(H.264), M2TS & BDMV (Blu-ray), ISO and most popular codecs. For audiophiles, it also supports Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD audio passthrough with rich and lossless surround sound effects through your Hi-Fi systems. Moreover, you can access Flickr photos and SHOUTcast Internet radios and play them on your HDTV/ stereo system. The NMP-1000 can be connected to the wireless network with USB wireless adaptor (802.11b/g/n). It also offers NAS features, e.g. file server, FTP server, and PC-less BT/ FTP/ HTTP download.
In the upcoming firmware release, the NMP-1000 will support Picasa™ Web Albums to enable the users to explore and view the cloud-stored pictures on the TV.
